PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION- Breath control, specific techniques, retention, emphasis on inhale or exhale.Meditation is instructed in various ways to bring about the most awareness, peace of mind, & opportunity for stillness.

YOGA NIDRA- A state between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing spiritual, emotional, mental & physical healing & rebalancing. It reduces tension and anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and has been used to help those with PTSD. One of the deepest of all meditations. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring eye pillow if you have one.
