ALL LEVELS- Flowing vinyasa sequences, meditation, singing, philosophy, assists, relaxation. Includes seated, standing, balances, forward & back bends, twists, inversions, with optional variations, exploration, wall work. Eclectic music or silence plays an integral role.

KUNDALINI KRIYAS- Actions designed for specific effects (3-12 min. in length) Invigorating, challenging, & transformative. Repetition forces the magic to rise.

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION- Breath control, specific techniques, retention, emphasis on inhale or exhale.Meditation is instructed in various ways to bring about the most awareness, peace of mind, & opportunity for stillness.

YOGA NIDRA- A state between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing spiritual, emotional, mental & physical healing & rebalancing. It reduces tension and anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and has been used to help those with PTSD. One of the deepest of all meditations. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring eye pillow if you have one.

HIP-HOP-ASANA- Hip means current, up to date. The yogi wants to be in the current, the flow. Hop is a form of movement. The yogi wants to move, take action, be a vehicle of truth and love. A class that has dope beats & rhymes. Embrace your style & inner pulsation. Loud/swift moving.
